I went in to look at Rav 4 Hybrid's only to find out they are sold out until 2024. They offered to put in to a 2022 non-hybrid and order me a 2024 hybrid. I can then exchange them when the new one comes in (possibly keeping same payment). I loved the idea and moved forward. They ordered me a new 2022 Rav 4 but had some cancellations on existing orders and I got mine early (different color but no biggie). No complaints at all, my sales rep was straightforward and always accommodating. Would recommend.
