I recently visited Toyota Tony Graham in relation acquiring a new vehicle. We met with Sofien who was really helpful and supportive throughout the process. He did not try to up sell us a trim we did not need, wasn’t pushy about the sale and listened to our needs. Sofien also encouraged us to explore other options we were interested in to ensure we would not have regrets whilst still offering amazing service and advice on Toyota’s products. We naturally came back to our first choice and signed a deal with him, leasing our brand new vehicle feeling confident and happy on the road!
