1. How long will my service appointment take?
We have 2 types of appointments for your convenience. You may select an option to drop off and leave vehicle for the day or wait while we service your vehicle. Please ensure you select your preferred option when booking. If you book an appointment to wait, some routine appointments (like oil changes or tire swaps) can be done in as little as an hour. Drop off appointments or more complex repairs. we'll give you a time estimate when you book.
2. Can I reschedule or cancel my appointment?
Absolutely. Just give us a call or reply to your confirmation email — we’ll help you reschedule at your convenience.
3. How can I prepare for my appointment?
We’ll let you know if there’s anything specific you need to do — but otherwise, just bring yourself! Feel free to relax in our waiting area with a book or headphones while we take care of your vehicle.
4. Is there a shuttle or pickup service available?
Yes — we offer complimentary Uber pickups and drop-offs within the city to make your day easier. Just ask when booking and we’ll set it up for you.
5. What do I do when I arrive for my appointment?
Please allow 10–15 minutes to complete the check-in process when arriving for your appointment. Please line up and drive into one of our service drive-through doors for the check-in process with a service advisor. When you get inside, you will be greeted and protective items will be placed to cover your seat and floor mat. Please wait by your vehicle and a service advisor will assist you, perform a thorough walkaround on your vehicle, go over the appointment details and write up your service order.
6. Can I drop off my vehicle after hours?
Yes, of course! We offer a secure after-hours drop-off option so you can leave your vehicle at your convenience. Before dropping off your vehicle, ensure that you remove any items you may need while your car is in our care.
Step 1 – Park Your Vehicle: Park in any of the marked "X" spots as shown in this picture
Step 2 – Fill the Forms: Between Service Drive-Thru doors 1 and 2, you'll find our after-hours drop box. Slide open the box to access key envelopes and pens. Fill out the required fields on the envelope.
Step 3 – Secure Your Keys: Place your vehicle keys inside the completed envelope, then place it inside the provided drop-off box. Ensure they are securely deposited.

7. Can I buy my tires online before my appointment?
Yes! You can browse and purchase tires online using our Tire Selector tool. It’s fast, easy, and ensures your preferred tires are ready when you arrive for your appointment.
