The 2026 Toyota Grand Highlander is Canada’s newest three-row SUV, built for families who need space, comfort, and performance. With gas and hybrid options, advanced technology, and Toyota Safety Sense 3.0, the Grand Highlander is designed for every journey.

Room for Everyone – And Everything

The Grand Highlander offers adult-sized seating in all three rows and up to 97.5 cubic feet of cargo space with seats folded. Even with a full cabin, there’s room for seven carry-on suitcases behind the third row. Available in seven- or eight-passenger configurations, every model includes heated power front seats, a heated leather-wrapped steering wheel, and wireless charging.

Power-train Options

Canadians can choose from three advanced all-wheel-drive power-trains with selectable drive modes (Sport, Eco, Normal):

  • 2.4L Turbo Gas (XLE & Limited): 265 hp, 310 lb-ft torque

  • Hybrid (XLE & Limited): 243 hp, 3,500 lb towing capacity

  • Hybrid MAX Platinum: 362 hp, 400 lb-ft torque, 5,000 lb towing capacity

Inside, the Toyota Multimedia System with a 12.3-inch touchscreen integrates wirelessly with Apple CarPlay® and Android Auto™. Available features include JBL Premium Audio, digital key, panoramic moon-roof, head-up display, and multi-terrain select. Soft-touch materials and refined design details create a comfortable, upscale feel.

Toyota Safety Sense 3.0 Standard

Every 2026 Grand Highlander comes with Toyota Safety Sense 3.0, Blind Spot Monitor with Safe Exit Assist, 10 airbags, and trailer sway control. Higher trims add Panoramic View Monitor, Lane Change Assist, and Front Cross Traffic Alert.
